Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)
We use trusted local carriers for domestic deliveries within Nigeria.
- Lagos: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
- Outside Lagos: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Domestic shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL and FedEx.
- Global Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BLAC ships all international orders Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
This means you, the customer, are responsible for paying any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate. If you refuse to pay these charges, your package may be abandoned, and BLAC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can also track your orders directly from your BLAC Account Dashboard.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that our international carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a physical street address for delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@blacagency.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
